Deposit Policy

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your service.
• The remaining 50% balance is due on the first day of service (drop-off or start of the walk/sit).
• Deposits can be paid directly through the booking system on the website or via Zelle at the time of scheduling.
• Deposits are non-refundable if the booking is canceled outside the cancellation window (see below).
